Clinical Assignments for Healthcare Students (CAHS): User Access Definitions

Purpose:

This is for your reference only. It will assist you in selecting the appropriate
User Access level for each new user.

Step 1: select type of entity       Step 2: Select level of User Access desired based on functions
For Facility users: Edit facility data, edit Facility Contact person data, create and edit units and timeslots; and schedule non-school organizations. Edit Timeslots Report capability  
Ability to: Y Y Y Facility Administrator
Ability to: N Y Y Facility User
Ability to: N N Y Facility Report Viewer
For School users: Edit school data, edit School Contact person, create and edit courses and contracts. Make a request for clinical assignment Report capability  
Ability to: Y Y Y School Administrator
Ability to: N Y Y School User
Ability to: N N Y School Report Viewer

Y = yes, a user with this level of access will be able to perform these functions.

N = no, a user with this level of access will not be able to perform these functions.
